Rather than recreate the wheel, KathyRinaldiHope acts as a clearing-house for like minded organizations.  What was first ideologized as an abuse-prevention vehicle, more than 10 years later, KathyRinaldiHope is now an organization that celebrates the life of a child.  

We believe that all children should be able to live their best life and we offer resources that will allow so.

Child-Help USA.  

ChildHelpUSA befriended KathyRinaldiHope almost 8 years ago, and continue to inspire our organization.

Like KathyRinaldiHope, we believe all children should be safe.  Child-Help USA mans a 24 hour support line to all children in crisis with centers in every major city.

KathyRinaldiHope wants to make Child-Help's 1-800-4-A-Child as well known as 911 is for emergency or 411 is for information.  Having this been said, half of our resources will be the publicizing that number to familiarize all children with this great resource.

Habitat-For-Humanity

Habitat For Humanity is an organization I have been involved with since 1999.  I personally, alongside with Wells Fargo Bank, have built many homes in the New York metropolitan area.

KathyRinaldiHope supports this life changing institution because the best way to protect our children is to ensure they have the most basic needs met.  A home offers children the security and safety that is most precious.  

March Of Dimes

The March Of Dimes organization is one KathyRinaldiHope has also come to know and love deeply.  KathyRinaldiHope's senior humanitarian and second in command has been active with the March Of Dimes dating back some 12 years when she was just a college student volunteering from anything from answering the phones to licking envelopes.

8 June 09 brought Anthony Daniel into the world and by sheer unfortunate circumstances, Anthony came into this world weighing only 2lbs 1oz.  As a parent, we want the best for our children and most would willingly give their own lives to protect our children and would/should put them first.  Just the thought of my child impaired in any way leaves me beside myself.  And then come to find out that most premature births can be prevented, and most babies can fully develop to a healthier full term leaves me angered by again our health care system and the inappropriate health care apparently received.  

Although my son is "catching up" and is maturing in top 5% physically, and top 15% in motor skills being thankful is simply not enough.  My heart breaks for the baby born at only 1lb who is clearly at a disadvantage of his peers.  KathyRinaldiHope extends our wings to promote the devastation of premature births and is utilizing our sphere of influence with celebrities, agencies, and friends who can aid in awareness that can significantly decrease the premature birth rate in our country.

With many friends of KathyRinaldiHope in the entertainment world.  We are proud of one in particular.  Celine Dion.

KathyRinaldiHope first reached out to Celine many years ago to record and to release a theme song for our organization.  Ms. Dion was very generous with her time and the attention she gave to us- making herself available while even being away for a spa weekend in Los Angeles as she sought her own solace from her very hectic and highly pubicized life.  At her most busiest, she still found the time to meet with us and to even invite us to a rather intimate performance in Manhattan.  She had one request and that was to include supporting the fight of Cystic Fibrosis.  This disease was close to Celine's heart as a close family member was afflicted to this disease.  With Celine's wish, we broadened our celebration of children to include looking to the future health of our children.  Subsequently to Cystic Fibrosis we also support the fight of Autism.  

GoodTouch BadTouch.

GoodTouch BadTouch is a program available to every elementary school system in the state of Virginia and has been proven very successful.  

KathyRinaldiHope befriended a successful business man on a flight from the mid-West to Manhattan who has since introduced KathyRinaldiHope to the president of the National School Board.  Our intention is to work with he National School Board and to lobby that GoodTouch BadTouch be implemented in every elementary school nationwide.  The more one knows the better one does is a creed KathyRinaldiHope lives by.  And proven successful in Virginia, all states will be equally successful.

It is documented and studies have been  made that 95% of all abuse can be virtually eliminated with he proper education.  

KathyRinaldiHope believes that with proper education a child will have the basic knowledge to understand that abuse is a problem of an abusers.  With such knowledge, a child will then not internalize a problem and once you eliminate the internalization you will also eliminate the victimization.

Abuse can then be situational and then not life altering.  

The more we invest in our children, the less we will have to invest later on.  And keeping children on track, will ensure that they may go confidently in the direction of their dreams and then and only then can they live the life they imagine.  Then and only then may they live their best life.

KathyRinaldiHope has been sustained independently requiring no solicitation of funding.  In order to continue operations, the government has mandated that KathyRinaldiHope operate as a business contributing to our nation's economy.  We will be currently accepting donations, and applying for grants.

With every donation, and letter of support a receipt will be sent to you, and you will be provided with a detailed account of where the donation will be of best use.

PLEASE NOTE:

Soliciting funding is not our objective.  The goal of KathyRinaldiHope has always been about improving the lives of our children and will continue to be so.  No one will ever receive a salary, nor will any dollar amount go towards any personal/travel expense.  100% proceeds will go directly to protecting our children.  

****  For example:  Travel, equipment (be it computer to cell phones), transport, and all food & beverage will either be donated or at volunteer's expense.  

I make this promise on behalf of all the organization's that have misled the public, that have bled the good hearted individual, and given non-profits a bad name.   By this I mean that anything less than 100% of proceeds should go towards the cause indicated directly.   Operational expenses should be less than 10%, and even that 10% should not come from an individual who has donated in good faith.  

When a child is in need, a first class plane ticket cannot be justified.

When a child with muscular dystrophy is in desperate need, it is wrong for the celebrity to walk home with a multi-million dollar week-end payout.  You cannot argue the claim that without said celebrity a dime wouldn't be raised.  The more pockets that are lined the less services will be made available to those intended.  

Once again goods and services will be donated, and any cash raised will go directly and be available on line to be tracked.

I have developed an organization that will revolutionize child rearing in today's world.

And to do do this, we offer much to the public...

1. An annual event that utilizes the power of celebrity to influence and to educate our children.  

We have the biggest names in film, television, radio, and sports who have pledged their support and offered their assistance.  

2. Offer a daily resource that aids the raising of individual children.

As a little boy, I fell in love with a girl on a blue lagoon...

Being a survicor of abuse, I escaped in a world of make believe. I played some "Risky Business" and fell in love on a "Blue Lagoon." Instead of keeping my torment inside, I penned it all in letters to the people in that world that somehow made it all o.k. Those letters soon were answered and phone calls followed. I survived an experience that claims i in 4 boys and 3 out of 5 girls. While many never find the strength to heal, I escaped because someone I admired cared enough to help the healing.

Rather than holding in a traumatic experience, I was able to let it go, and in doing so, it became situational and not life altering.

ChildHope was conceptualized back in 1989 because the power of a celebrity can save the life of a child, and I thank Brooke for mine. That concept led to the development of a national 501 c3 non profit called, The KathyRinaldiHope Foundation.

Madonna may possibly be the most famous woman in the world. Selling over 250,000,000 albums worldwide, she has been without question at the top of her game dating back to her jaw dropping, trend setting debut back in 1983.

She without question is an iconic genious who, although often controversial has always led by example. Her lyrics alone have always been a source of inspiration and sence of enlightenment.

I had first met Madonna in the early 90's. I lived up the street from her in LA. As time went by, and having many of the same friends we had the pleasure of meeting on several occasions.

We met and had dinner at Benvenuto in LA, and several times in the neighborhood. Most recently while in NY, I ran into her again at dinner. We spoke briefly and again had the pleasure of catching her up to date on KathyRinaldiHope, and thanked her for the generous seats her camp had given me... seat 1A & 1B- best in the house.

Back in the day, while at dinner she wanted to know the reasoning behind the tattoo I have on my right shoulder. Explaining my proclaimed dedication, I then asked her what she attributed to her success. She hugged me and whispered to "always believe in myself."

Madonna is a great Iconic institution who has not endorsed a way of life, but has described one. She inspires and evokes thought so that individually we could all make up our own mind. In a sense educating us all on so many levels. With understanding comes knowledge, and with knowledge comes power. I applaud this amazing individual for her tireless efforts and thank her for giving back so much more than she took and has been granted.

Friends of KathyRinaldiHope: Celine Dion

I once wrote in an article remeber the name Celine Dion, because you will never forget the voice.  I wish I was the origiinal writer of that line, but as a music columnist, I was privvy to the record labels and the promotions of the A&R departments...  I, like the world over had become enchanted with this Canadian born soon to be legendary artist.  

Having had the door opened by her record label, I had sent her a song my assistant had recorded and produced on behalf of KathyRinaldiHope.  Soon after, I was contacted on her behalf and was personally invited to an intimate performance back then in Manhattan.  Speaking briefly to her and mostly to her husband Renee, I thanked them for their generosity of the show and expressing their interest in KathyRinaldiHope.  

Celine personally had remained in touch and even had made herself available as she sought solitude and private time while attending a Spa outside Los Angeles.  Both Celine and Renee like what my organization stood for but she had one request and that we would support the fight of Cystic Fibrosis- a cause both personal and close to their hearts.  With that request we went from celebrating children but looking to the future health of our children.  And as a result have also adopted and joined the fight of another child disease, Autism.  

She is loved throughout the world and gifted by a most treasured voice, Celine Dion befriended KathyRinaldi with such love, generosity, and utmost humanity.  Both Celine and Renee are examples of how the gift of music can move mountains.
